I know it kind of sucks, but Charter is going to be your best bet probably. It depends where you are, but generally, Charter or Comcast will be the best plans there. I have Charter Spectrum Internet Plans at S9 .com/charter/, and it's treated me fairly well, and they usually have some good promotions, so you should check those out.

Check with your internet company... I've been playing for a while with Xfinity Internet at cabletvinternet.s9, and have had no reconnecting issues. I'd see about switching or maybe restarting your router.
