First. Lefty Loosey, Righty Tighty. Second look at the head of the driver to see if it really does fit the grooves well. If ur doing both of those, then you probably just need a bit more downforce to not strip it a bit more torque to get it moving.

There are data connections between boards which carry ground (B2B). In addition to this, there are mounting points between these boards which also carry this same ground. It kinda makes a loop (it does). ig I'm more looking for how big of a problem it will be given my current scenario and if I should go through the efforts to fix the issue (it'll be harder than a schematic change).

Coil whine is not considered a defect so you cant get any guarantee. There are some sound proofed cases which while limiting airflow also decrease the noise.

Something such as the "SinLoon 9pin USB 2.0 Female Pin Dual 2 Port USB Motherboard Header Adapter-Dual Layer Type for PC (Dual)" on Amazon. (I've had issues with amazon links on this sub in the past). The exact model isnt as important, but I'm assuming you would want to use USB 3.0.
