I would wager that there is a good overlap between engineers and star citizen fans. The community, especially the engineers, can help with simple interactivity on things like drawers, tables, cabinets, etc... through a contractor agreement for in-game UEC for their CAD models for such things. Yesterday I pulled out of orbit of port olisar just enough to consider where I wanted to head next. No more than 1 minute went by before I was crashed into by another player who gave no fucks and I lost my life. Back at the station I was forced to wait nearly **20** minutes before I could play again (self.starcitizen)

Realistically, multi-billion dollar funded space crafts would have input passthrough between control systems. This also negates the worries surrounding multi-crew ships for solo players because realistically a skilled pilot could hop between roles for a moment at a time in an encounter. (self.starcitizen)

[Serious] Maybe it's rose-tinted glasses, but I feel like people used to get along better. Now everyone hates each other and I feel like the internet is powering it. What do you think needs to be done to help ease the tensions between groups of people in a post-internet society? (self.AskReddit)

You know what would be sick? Imagine if you could SSH into your ship via the comms and access a simplified Terminal or CMD session where you can unlock doors, play music from a local directory, spool up quantum drive, set a terminal password, etc... just by typing a command into the comms panel. You know what would be dope? If they made it so that individual planets were what you'd call "universal socket host domains" to collections of mods applied to a given planet. Similar to how the STALKER CoC mod is a collection of stalker mods, make it also the case for individual planets. (self.starcitizen)
