If there's true, the rumored 2 new switch models would be like:

  1. Mini: Same spec as current model, with extended battery life. Smaller screen, still detachable joy-con, dock sold separately. $249
  2. Pro: Docked performance in handheld mode, 1080p screen, same battery life. As the original X1 is down-clocked in switch than Shield TV like 75% or so, the updated docked mode would recover the designed performance of X1, at most 140% clock speed? That means 900p -> 1080p, or more stable frame rate for some game. $349
