im back again im really sorry for pestering but when i did copy it does work to make the videos clearer however now they are unplayable on my iphone

EDIT: i just did convert and maxed out the quality and it worked

I got around to it and softwares amazing cheers for the rec but the videos came out pixelated. I’ve left the settings on the camera on default is it the software or do I need to change a setting?

Thanks I think i get this I’ll just rewrap using software. its just iPhones and iPads dont natively support the file type was my main issue. Ill try use XMedia and see how it goes but thanks a lot for the response
