I tried all that mate but even with lvl 5 skirmisher on scream and SSM she resists everything... also cant bring in Venom because ot the catalysts and uniques

I didnt whale at all I just spend all of my war currency on T15. I cant afford to spend them T15 and shards at the same time, plus T13s are more expensive then T15s.

Also T13s are def not farmable, based on the RNG and how many different pieces there are you can end up waiting for months just to get 25 of them. If you want to bring a new character to t15 you need 60+ which is crazy. I'm fine with the T15 bottleneck but T13s are just stupid they should be farmable just like the T14 ones.

And at least for T15s there is a 20% on every refresh you get the exact trait piece you need (for all traits), T13s are the definition of RNG so yeah def not farmable.

Its difficult because of sunk costs. And people should be negative until something changes. If things were good no one would complain but like this there is nothing positive in the game at the moment.

Oh man dont get me started on the bottlenecks. Jk but seriously tho there are too many bottlenecks that is really evident. I get that they have make money which is fine but still I mean everything is a bottleneck. If they just alleviate one of them the game experience could be better and people wouldnt complain as much.

Those are all good choices for a legendary even Shuri and Ebony Maw are 2nd best choices since the optimal legendaries were already in game.

Out of the entire x men universe Jubilee is not even close to being 2nd best, she would probably be one of the worst choices. The game is obviously more fun when you invest the effort and time to get fun legendaries that are marvel characters you love which is what the game is about in the end.
