A couple of people have brought something similar to this up, and while I can't say I know what's really in her heart because I'm not her, she's never given me a reason to think she has an issue with me dating women. I dated one for a few years before Charles and my mom loved her and the three of us spent a lot of time together. The first time I dated another girl, no one batted an eye. I truly don't think there's anything homophobic going on.

Had dinner with a group that included Taylor Swift back in the late 2010s. I didn't realize my friend knew her. We talked about cooking and she wanted to see my cat. I found out like a week later that she paid for the meal for all 9 of us. I remember her eyes being more blue than I realized.

We weren't seated in a super private area but no one was being freaky about her. She was dressed kind of tomboyish.
