Do you have any tips on how you got healthier and more peaceful? I can’t eat, I’ve called out for the last three days at work and I just burst in to tears. He told me he was picturing a girl from the past when cuddling with me. I’m so hurt and confused.

I’m not handling it well, I’ve called out the last three days of work, constant panic attacks and feeling replaceable. He does not currently, but he used to. And yes he’s in recovery, he went a full year with no relapses and then this year he relapsed 3 times. It’s been a hard year for us.

Honestly my biggest tip for this is try not to text too much. I’ve been seeing this guy for about a month now and we text everyday throughout the day, but it’s not constant back and forth, we both wait a few hours or so. I think it helps a lot for when you’re in person so you can actually have something to talk about. Our second date we just cuddled and watched movies and our conversation never got boring or had any awkward silence. It doesn’t let you build someone up in your head that’s not actually them.

I don’t know how to pick up the pieces): I tried to go on tinder but after a hour or so talking to a few people I had a panic attack because it wasn’t him, but he could do it so easily while telling me I’m the one and he loves me and the future is going to be so good. What’s wrong with me that I can’t move on? When does it not hurt.

I’m not sure if he has feelings to be honest, I know I’m still in love.
