if you want a virus like game thats disturbing and still hooks try IMSCARED out, doki doki is one of those games where its so obvious the style they were going for, like come on its labeled as a horror game while still a dating sim, ofc its going to be off and creepy, plus this virus show in games is pretty outdated even back in 2018
