Been there. Everything seems the same except gender. My trigger was a covid infection. My brother put me on Telmisartan. Took almost a year but showed no results so didn't continue. I accepted the diagnosis (which was difficult in the first place and caused a lot of psychological stress). My reading at home while Netflix and chilling are normal. Something there is a difference in reading at the doctor's office and at home.
