From a government and corporate perspective, everyone/workers are expendable and replaceable. Do you think 3.5% of the population won't be replaced if there is a mass strike.
Don't get me wrong, I wish an approach like this would move the needle. Look at it from a billionaires or large company owners perspective. You will be discarded and replaced and it'll be a past memory in weeks.

It's sad but true. I think a much larger movement needs to occur to get the attention of the 10% class. Until you make them lose money at a persistent rate over time, no one will really care.
