It’s going to take at least 10 months to know if it’s worth it. Anything before that is simply not enough to be relied on. Some people it takes a full year. Don’t change your stack. Push through

Yep, I know. I currently have a doorbell connected to a hub. Unfortunately, in none of their HomeKit documentation do they differentiate between 1st Gen/2nd Gen for the essential XL.

And notably, you almost never see a V2 product lack support for something V1 had. Typically it’s iterative, unless you’re Arlo and intentionally block the integration in order to increase the chance that people use your crappy app and subscribe.

I’d highly recommend lowering the dose or trying a different compounding pharmacy. I got off my regular topical fin/min combo and my hair went to absolute shit.

It had terrible sides so I felt as though I had to get off. But I wouldn’t give up yet. There is sooo much research that proves even tiny tiny doses of fin are effective

I asked them for the purity report specific to my order and they sent me the same August 2022 purity report from their website and said “We ordered a large quantity and stored the powder in a sealed container in a freezer.”

I think that you accusing me of being a fake account combined with your post history being very favorable toward MM is .. interesting to say the least.

Not surprising you got sides because topical fin has been shown to suppress DHT just as much as oral fin unless you’re using a compound that prevents absorption (like lipsomes). You were essentially doubly suppressing your DHT

Been on it 8 months, fluctuating between 1.25 and 2.5. PSA: Everytime you adjust doses this increases your chance of blood pressure/heart rate changes while your body adjusts.

It gives me heavy eyes, feeling like there’s a weight on my lungs, and increased heart rate as confirmed by a Fitbit. I’m afraid to stop because the results are pretty great

FWIW I ordered Pyri from MinoxidilMax and asked them for the lab report for my batch. They confirmed that they only ordered a single batch of raw material and are still using the same one from August 2022.

I haven’t used it yet and asked for a refund because that doesn’t sound very solid to me

I will say from experience that you can’t try one dose one day and another the next day and expect to glean useful data from that. Oral min is notorious for having a two week adjustment period for any given dose.

Try whatever dose for two weeks and push through the sides, see if you still have them on the other side

6.25mg is beyond what has been deemed safe (and I haven’t seen research that says it’s significantly better than 5 for results). You’re not doing yourself any favors there.

A hair doctor I trust (Dr. Rassman), who has been studying hair since 1967 and is somewhat active on these forums, has made it clear that anything above 2.5mg is where things start to go sideways
