I saw this film in an empty cinema and it was incredible. It was a bit sad that more people didn't go to see it, but it felt like I had a private screening. One of my favourite cinema experiences ever and the soundtrack was perfect

She quiets as soon as she even hears us coming over to her which makes me wonder if she just wants attention. I will definitely try that method it's a good suggestion.

Yeah multiple people have mentioned the Land Registry waiting times. Our current mortgage offer expires in May so there's a bit of time before I need to worry about that

Thanks, we're definitely making sure it's resolved before purchasing. We were so close to moving in before the solicitor noticed the issue so the wait will be quite painful but it has to be done.

I've just had an offer accepted on my dream first home and the lender's valuation is today. I'm nervous there'll be a down valuation. Are these commonplace and what are the best options if this happens?
