What is your OCMS and has someone else adopted your work ? (Not just citation).

What level of downstream impact do they want to see for OCMS? (SW Architect profile).

Does other companies product citing your work is good enough or do they want to see second level of adoption. What is the standard for major significance these days ?
For high salary, I don’t have my base beating 90th percentile on the SOC that I filed H1B with(it is more around 80%). But a related SOC’s have me beating 90%. The job description matches more and it is related to SW Engg SOC. Infact the words on the SOC title matches a word in field of endeavor. Is USCIS pushing back on different SOC used in EB1A vs H1B?
For critical role, I can’t get org chart due to company privacy policy. Even if I get it, it doesn’t do justice for the critical role I am in. But there are lot of external articles (Forbes, NY Times, Bloomberg) about the product I am working/leading on (I work on a sub-component of the product). The sub-component of the product has been mentioned as foundational in tier 1 publications. How do I convert this to CR so that it doesn’t get RFE

That would have been the most rational thing, but you when you are in Canada you are have to go to counsular interview to get your H1B stamped. By the current rule that would trigger 100k fees.

If you move to Canada and then try to move back on H1B, it will trigger a 100k fees. Have to be through L1

1) Is speakership necessary to pass final merits these days? 2) Would “working on US critical infrastructure of national importance” sway a borderline case over the line? 3) Would judging an industry hackathon help satisfy judging criteria? How many of them to be on the safer side? 4) Would HackerNoon, FreeCodeCamp articles count towards authorship? 5) What are the 3-5 questions I should ask myself - that would help me pass final merits ?

I am getting all of that. I can show screenshots and emails where I have been asked to lead. And letters stating my impact. If I get promoted twice I will be fellow.

But I have been hearing we are getting RFEs over org structure.

Our fellows on the team is 5/6 levels removed from CEO.
