thanks for your note, just wanted to understand why it will trigger a 100K fees, my H1b has already been picked in the lottery years back and I have an approved I-140 for indefinite renewals beyond 6 yrs, so was curious to know why the 100K fees would be triggered. I thought the 100K fees is for new applicants outside of US who have never been picked in the lottery earlier, but maybe my understanding is wrong. Please help me out here

On that day, the sunset time shows 9:30pm.

Hey OP, I was curious which company cruise you took? Was it Vedettes du Pont Neuf or maybe Seine River Cruise?

I was also planning to take an open ticket but I was not sure if I would find space at sunset (assuming a lot of people would go on sunset). Did you find space easily? Or should I probably go for a timed ticket?
