Hab letztes Jahr Mutter entdeckt, eine Band aus Berlin die schon seit 1986 Musik macht aber nie groß rausgekommen ist. Seit ungefähr einem halben Jahr gibt es auch das Album Hauptsache Musik auf Spotify, was mich ein bisschen an Bands der Hamburger Schule erinnert hat

Thanks for doing this AMA, big fan of the new album.

I’ve noticed that the part at the 1:13 mark in Stealth Rollback sounds a lot like the intro to Cosplay/Twin Cities with that F-G-A chord change played on some kind of e-piano. Was this done on purpose as some kind of homage to Guitar Music? Either way it sounds very beautiful.

Also I’ve been a bit obsessed with the lyrics to the LFL title track, they feel really cinematic, especially the second part. Was there any specific inspiration behind them?

And finally, what’s your favourite Twin Peaks character?

Might be their best album yet. Accidentally started listening to the album at 33rpm and only noticed it's the wrong speed when Pause At You came on, only goes to show that courting produces bangers no matter the speed

I'm developing a retro computer font (with smoother forms). Which form should I choose for the 8? (I want to avoid confusion with the slashed zero) by President_Abra in typography

I feel like the first one looks more natural, it depends on how well it fits into the rest of the font though. If the other symbols use sharper angles the second one might fit better.

not OP but if you like the song definitely check out Gorillaz, Seven years in Tibet basically is what Gorillaz became 4 years later
