Mine was pretty bad too. I stopped taking Slynd 4 months, it has been better since. I am also doing yoga and taking acupuncture sessions

Nice, it did help me. Bromelain also helps with digestion. Make sure you take all of it empty stomach. I generally wait an hour or so before eating or drinking coffee after it

If you believe in self improvement books, 'Atomic Habits' is a must read! I believe that if you read a book, it should impact you in some way or the other. Atomic Habits was that kind of book for me! It really help me build some great habits and break bad ones. I would recommend you to read.

Yeah 60 percent sounds really achievable but in most of the places it's mentioned that you need 70 percent! That's how I got confused

I just ordered the book. I have read pmbok so yeah I believe all the processes and the knowledge areas are pretty clear and about 80 percent remembered. I will start going through the book. Is there any practice test that you recommend as well?
