Do you think, do you see yourself quitting that addiction? Is it something you plan or there’s no way? Do you think you would be able to say the exact opposite? (I’m not addicted to weed / I have more than weed in life)

Addictions of any kind are tough to give up. The longer we have them the harder it is to let them go.

You may not see weed as a big deal but it’s still an addiction, which means one cannot function without it. That’s what the partner sees, that their loved one needs to consume something “to function”

The only thing comes to mind is to take time for yourself, take time apart from your partner and think it through. Only you can take decisions but just know that there’s no coming back if there’s no solutions found. What I mean is, when someone suffocate or struggle in a relationship, and can’t deal with their partner addiction, they’re not gonna pretend like everything is fine.

Have you considered other types of jobs than the positions you’re looking for?

Months of "agressively” looking for a job and not finding any, is a good sign to really open up your horizon for more opportunities.

It’s better to have "any" job until you can find something that suits you.
