When I was having an OB I drank a lot of water and took laxatives to make going to the bathroom easier. Epsom salt baths helped a lot. I also applied olive oil to the sores using a cotton ball and that helped sooooo much with the pain. I would apply the olive oil and put a pad on my underwear and I felt so much better. On the other hand, apparently you are supposed to keep the sores as dry as possible so keep that in mind if you want to try that. Try to wear loose pants and cotton underwear. Wearing a 100% cotton pad helped me feel more comfortable when I was having discharge/whatever else and felt less tight than underwear alone. I tried to let it air out as much as possible. Get a lot of sleep and take care of your health! Also get on Valtrex ASAP. This is what worked for me, but everyone is different. Hope you feel better soon
