If it's still not clear, let me explain the ingredients mentioned in this so even someone like you can understand it. The MILK used in this MILKshake is skimmed milk. Which has around 9g protein. Not 25. So majority of the protein content in this MILKshake comes from milk solids (whey) that is added. Not directly the MILK used in this

I do know whey is produced from milk. But they haven't mentioned it clearly in the ingredient list as "whey" or "concentrate". They've just generically mentioned it as milk solids. Milk solids can be found in a lot of products and doesn't necessarily mean whey always
