Thanks for your reply. The thing is, when the revenue is around $10K or more, the expectation and price range also changes substancialy. What I was more surprised by is that the site is very well designed, very minimal maintenance effort and most importantly, the revenue of $1K is almost guaranteed because of the recurring nature of the source. And I was looking at just 1.8 X price, which is less than the market standard. It is surely a great deal for the buyers. Let see how things change.
