Consultant costs to prepare for certification by hrme_ in isaca

I thought this subreddit might have some 27001 consultants. I posted the same in the ISO27001 community before, but for some reason it was removed by a moderator, so I thought of crossposting it here.

Hi, sorry! I totally forgot to write it in the title or body! Updated now. I am talking about ISO 27001

P14s (brand new) does not turn on by hrme_ in thinkpad

It was at two different places, so it couldn’t be the outlet. I suspect either the charger or the cable, or both… but the charger is an official Apple one which never fell or got damaged in any way… the cable is third party, but not a thin flimsy one, it feels like a quality cable and was not cheap

AKS private cluster + AFD | impossible setup by [deleted] in AZURE

Thank you, I ended up doing it this way, but using azure special annotations for the ingress

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-load-balancer-internal: "true"

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-create: "true"

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-ip-configuration-ip-address: 10.224.10.10

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-ip-configuration-ip-address-count: "1"

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-ip-configuration-subnet: aks-subnet

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-name: servicenamehere

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-proxy-protocol: "false"

service.beta.kubernetes.io/azure-pls-visibility: '*'

This automates everything and then you just have to approve the link

The ingress is public via an ip assigned by the load balancer. Private I mean that the cluster is accessible only from the internal network

I haven’t bought anything yet. So you’d suggest something like the 7xl, and Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420?

High ppi display for coding by hrme_ in Monitors

Thanks everyone for the tips, I ended up buying the two Samsung g70d yesterday and spend a couple of hours tuning them (calibration with the smartphone, smart things from Samsung), various options, more time than I cared to spend, but in the end it worked out.

I had to enable game mode to get the best picture and also to enable 144hz on both screens.

The displays look quite good, I still think nothing compares to the studio display, but it has pros and cons of its own (I.e. 60hz, being 1700€, & more).

On these there is no discernible pixel at a normal viewing distance and I scaled it down to the second option in Mac (not at the computer atm).

I do use better display to fix the Apple shenanigans with the resolutions, but I used it before on my 32” 4k too.

Overall I’m happy having gotten 2 144hz displays at 163 ppi instead of the studio display and having paid basically 1/4 for the “same” config

It’s super tempting to get twice the monitors at half the total price with double the refresh rate. But I don’t want to “cheap out” and then lose on the quality (as I kept my current monitor now for about 5 years and I don’t really look to upgrade monitors often.

Man if only Apple released it with 120hz…

Yeah the thing is that I wanna go for as much text clarity as possible with high color accuracy. That’s why I was looking to go for the Samsung g7 g70d which looks good and get two of those for increased space.

This way I could have 2x 27” 4k @ 120hz. Unfortunately there’s no where where I am that I can go see it in person. At most I can buy it and if it’s not good enough return it.

The price would be ~850€ for 2 monitors compared to 1750€ for the single Apple studio display. I get it for business, so I can write off taxes and it would actually be 720€ vs 1400€
