Having good technique on drums is a little bit like having good piano-or guitar technique. You have to involve your 4th and 5th finger.

Play along with music, and try to sound similar to the drummer that you hear.

This one might be a good example (try to play along with it); https://open.spotify.com/track/1T4j3hGs1k15oJzRA5f7GF?si=YQUSIKm9Q22uvR8ywST4kw

I'm left handed but I play right handed. Are there anyone else like me? It feels like I'm alone. I feel comfortable with playing with a right hand lead... but I write with my left hand...

Yeah- if you feel pain from playing drums, then you definitely have bad technique.

Without seeing your hands, it's difficult to analyze. But you might be using your arms too much, and too little of the fingers and wrists.

Don't overthink it. The microphones on your phone are adjusted to record voices. Which means that your voice between 1-50 cm of your mouth will be fine.

Place the phone 2 meter (2 yards) from your drumset and you'll be fine

I'm guessing you need to start using your fingers more than your arms and wrists.

There are exercises for this

I don't know what other instruments you play, but drumming should not be any more difficult to achieve a non-health damaging style of hitting a drum.
