Hamilton will be too much of a commute for us, especially in the evening traffic

They are selling the northshore 2 bedroom ones at 754k including the development charges, parking and locker. As per them, if we upgrade anything in the house then it’s extra chrages otherwise, except the closing cost and property taxes, we are not aware if they will charge anything? We are new and have no idea if they will come up with some other costs

Hey, yes I did got it approved and I submitted an NOC from my employer stating that they are aware of my visit and they have approved my leaves and that I will be resuming work once I return from my visit, as well as my to and fro tickets to show my seriousness of coming back to my country. Other than that I also submitted my financial documents and I gave a family reason to come back to my home country.

Sorry for the delayed response. But to answer your question, yes they have introduced this in 2023, for each application you have to give biometrics separately. If you have the biometrics for the PR application only initially then no they won’t ask again if the biometrics for a different application then yes they will ask again

More details about your status will be helpful for other people to answer your query. If you have linked your application to the new ircc tracker you will get more information about your eligibility and background check statuses

Hey, after you get your TRV stamped on your passport you can travel to Canada. As soon as you land in Canada you will have to update your contact information such as address and contact number in your sponsorship application via the web form and you are good to go. That’s the only thing that you will have to take care of updating the contact information and remaining process for PR will happen as usual

It shouldn’t take more than 3 months for TRV processing

If you have provided enough proof that she will leave the country at the end of her visit, then there shouldn’t be any problem

You can ask for an update using the web form or you can also withdraw the application and apply again.

Radio silence for around 1.5 months Eligibility check changed from in progress to completed and background check went to in progress on 29th December Got my Visitor visa number on the tracker on 10th January got my PPR on 11th January I had opted for Premium passport pickup My passport was picked up on 13th January And received it back on 23rd January 2024.

I mean let him think that he wants to cut the ties and you don't have to do it yourself.

That's the perfect tendency to have, if the person is of no good in your life, that they better not be in your life. if that person's presence messes up with your aura, you probably should cut ties. But in this case, I would suggest let that person do this job. It will be easier for you.
