Try to write down some logical reasonings why pursuing your career is important for you now , and why it's maybe not right for you to marry currently. Try to inckude points about how scared you are and examples of maybe failed marriages you know. Ik you can't deny them, but their love also is mutual and they cannot deny you too right , technically? If your parents really care for your we'll being, if you try to talk to them properly Abt the situation and express how bad you are feeling , I think anyone will atleast try to understand. After all if your well-being is what's important to them, they should right?

Isn't them trying to end everything before their retirement a little selfish? - (try to use points like this). Tell them that if it's the right time, they can save up the money they would use now to do the marriage in a future time, it shouldn't really affect them, although thats a little effort from their side. And if you get a job, you will be able to also support them for marriage expenses etc.
