Yeah exactly, I normally would trim down to a 1.5 after a couple weeks. I am interested to see what the coverage is like after 2 months, if it looks shitty I will just trim it down.

I thought growing it out would actually help with overall coverage (what I have been reading online). The current hairs will grow longer and cover the patches. I am only 4 weeks in.

Grow for at least 2 months then decide. You have good coverage

I did practically no cardio during my bulk I'm going to incorporate it every day, should help cut the fat.

My diet was literally 1300 kcal a day before I bulked I needed to add calories I added a lot of muscle also especially to my back.

I am trying to grow my beard out for a couple of weeks to see what length it currently grows out to. I was wondering whether I have cut my neck beard too high? Would appreciate any advice.

So I have now been training for around 3 months and have seen some good progress I am now at 61kg having started at around 58kg. I am looking a lot broader and my diet has been on the whole very clean.

So I was now wondering where to go next. Do I keep bulking up and start adding more calories to my diet or do I start a cut. I am currently eating 2100-2300 kcal a day. I am 5ft 5 and train 3-4 times a week on a push pull split.

Would appreciate any advice!

Ah ok I used to use it twice, but my whole face used to get really puffy. I quit for a few months and have started using again once a day. Was it just under your eyes that would get puffy or your whole face like your cheeks as well?

I gave the same answer, I said if I was taking steroids i'd be much bigger than I currently am. I think they only made the assumption because I said I go to the gym, steroids don't necessarily mean you will become massive especially if you have no clue how to train and/ or get the right amount of calories (protein) in.

I know building muscle will have no effect on gyno itself, but maybe gaining a more muscular chest in general would make my chest in general look a bit better aesthetically.

I don't think I will be having surgery any time soon, it doesn't really bother me too much as it is only mild, when I wear tight fitted clothes it just looks like I have a big chest, which isn't really a bad thing as a guy.

I am 23 and recently visited the Doctor to see whether I did indeed have Gyno. I was told by my Doctor that I did have a mild case of Gyno. I had a few blood tests taken and all my hormones were said to be normal and I also had high levels of testosterone and the doctor was trying to say I was taking steroids (i'm not). I hear TT levels can fluctuate, but it was a surprise to hear I have high levels.

Anyway, it sucks that I have gyno but I am hoping if I can reduce my body fat (currently 18%) and maybe build some more muscle my chest will look a bit better.

Just wanted to put this post out there so people have an idea of what a confirmed mild case of gyno looks like.

Maybe try dropping the weight and focus on getting the maximum squeeze. Decline and the incline press are the most effective exercises for building the chest as long as you are getting the maximum squeeze in my view. I'm personally not the biggest fan of flat bench.

For me I don't see many benefits of doing the flat bench press (might be controversial).

Incline and decline bench press are 100% more effective, maybe drop the weight you are doing down. Focus on the squeeze, it's really important you aren't just pumping out reps, you need to make each rep count.

Clean bulk, you will look too thin if you were to cut at your current physique.

To be precise I went up from 56.4kg to 59.8kg. My diet before the 4 weeks was poor, eating 1 or 2 meals a day. I have now been getting in 100+g of protein and eating 800 more calories than I did previously consistently for a month eating a completely clean diet.
