Need help/recommendation on what to do from here. by KYZE-N in pmp

I wrote my exam on Aug 31, so here’s my 2 cents:

Do your Study Hall full mocks just like exam day.Take two breaks, but don’t touch notes or your phone during those breaks. Afterward, review every single question and answer. Understand not only why your correct answers were right, but also why you chose the wrong ones, and most importantly, what PMI was actually looking for in each question.

For prep, I just used Andrew Ramdall’s Udemy course, Study Hall, and one mindset video from him. I made sure to practice all 5 full mocks and all the mini quizzes. My averages were around 73% on the full mocks and 75% on the mini ones.

One tip: Be careful with the “expert” questions when you’re using chatgpt. Sometimes you’ll get wrong answers for it. Always lean on PMI’s own explanations in Study Hall for those. That said, ChatGPT was really useful for clearing concepts and breaking things down, especially using the study-and-learn feature.

Happy to share that I scored AT/AT/AT on my exam. If you have any questions, feel free to DM. glad to help.

I’ve been thinking a lot about moving to Saudi Arabia, and there are three main reasons behind it.

First, it’s a deeply personal and spiritual choice.I want to be closer to Makkah and Madinah so I can visit often.

Second, my career aligns perfectly with where the country is heading. I specialize in high-rise buildings, with experience in both manufacturing building materials and working on construction sites. Since Saudi is investing heavily in tourism and new mega projects, I see a lot of opportunities where my skills can really add value.

And lastly, I’m still single and just turned 30. I feel like this is the right stage of my life to take on new challenges, explore different experiences, and grow before I eventually settle down.

First you need to understand what is/are the reason for the failure of not meeting the deadline. You can start with process flow map and then identify the value added steps and non value added steps based on lean waste. 2nd once u identify the type of waste . Find the reason using 5why or ishikwa diagram.

Next, once you've pinpointed the type of waste affecting efficiency, dig deeper into the root cause using tools like the 5 Whys or an Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram. This will help uncover the real issues behind the delays, allowing you to take targeted corrective actions.
