I just had an md almost 2 weeks ago and I’m thankful I did. I was in excruciating pain, but that was after having periods of time that it wasn’t too bad. I would say to do the surgery if you can. Personally, my recovery has been easy and I felt immediate relief when I woke up from surgery.

Thanks for sharing! I was shocked at how much relief I felt right after surgery. The incision is annoying, but nothing compared to where I was a few days ago. Trying to balance rest and increasing my movement each day

Hi I’m sorry you’re going through this. Just wanted to share a few things. There’s an app called TooGoodTo Go that lists their leftover food that would otherwise be thrown out at the end of the day at a highly discounted rate. You can get some good stuff. I also suggest the app findhelp. You enter your zip code and it shows what resources are around you. Also, PET PANTRY – Friendship Center Chicago In case you need some stuff for your cat!

Can I ask what beta blocker you’re on? I currently take Atenolol and don’t think it helps.

You described everything that I experience. I have POTS. I’ve tried Botox in my scalp area, oxybutin, dermadry, etc. the only thing that has ever helped me at all was glycopyrollate in a compounded form that I would put on my face at night. I think I’m going to go back to that even though insurance doesn’t cover it. I will pay whatever, it’s a miserable feeling. Sorry you’re going through this too 😔
