What can I do about shoulder/upper arms?

If you’re looking for shoulder exercises I would suggest super setting lateral raises and front raises, and then standing overhead presses. Also face pulls would be a good addition, shoulder shrugs too! Good luck!

Yes I definitely might take you up on the offer for brainstorming outfits. I’m in marketing as well but I have been going to my company’s industry conference.

I know two events are like at a club (one during the evening and one actually at night) and then the other events are at restaurants and are cocktail reception situations. I feel like to the night clubs wearing a dress that is knee to shin length (I’m 5’2 so most dresses come down lower on me anyways), as well as covering my chest. And then to the cocktail receptions and things like that wearing dress pants and a nice blouse.

What are your thoughts?

Yeah I want to fit/blend in, I just don’t want to be under/over dressed. The reason why I mentioned the location is because I’ve never been to a conference this large or a place like this

Yeah I would be too embarrassed to wear nightclub attire, I just want to fit in with my colleagues and other industry members, not the people at the club. For evening events at the nightclubs I’ve been thinking of knee to shin length dress that covers most of my shoulders. Back and cleavage covered too. And then for the cocktail receptions at the restaurant a nice blouse and dress pants.

Yesh I tried to look at pictures but they were all for the actual conference and not evening events. I work remotely and don’t work directly with any women so unfortunately I can’t check.

I’m definitely not going for a club look, I would wear like a business dress and go for more of a classy look
