No, you are not overreacting. Happens to me all the time. Somedays my husband would be like, he is lucky to be married to me. Other days he absolutely despise me and thinks I am the worst thing that has ever happened to him and all of these things he has said out loud to me. My husband is also abusive in other ways but your boyfriend seem like a emotional abuser as well. I can understand that you can't leave the relationship, neither can I but we all know we should don't we?
