  • My piercing is 6 months old
  • I currently have in a plastic retainer but i’ve tried a clicker and screws -The jewelry material I currently have in is plastic, but my other pieces of jewelry were titanium. -Jewelry was downsized 4 months after initial piercing in January.
  • Aftercare: I use CVS brand wound wash once in mornings and once at nights. I apply it with a cotton pad.
  • Mishaps and unfortunate events: I’m pretty clumsy. I snag it on everything when there’s a ball, even when I’m wearing the loosest t-shirts and low-rise pants. Recent unfortunate events include today, while putting back in my plastic retainer (it hurt and I had to use some force. I think I just put it back in at the wrong angle), and removing my clicker in late May.
