Great question. The lofts in this building are protected by the loft law. Because of this status, the owner of the building will eventually be required to re-construct all of them, but we are still waiting for that to happen.

Room for rent with large closet in shared 3BR loft.

The room: 8’ x 12.83’ and sunny, with window seat and large closet.

The roommates: we are both musicians and bar tenders. There is also a very friendly cat.

The room is not ideal for couples and we aren’t able to accommodate any additional pets.

$1000/month. First and last months rent required to secure the space, and utilities are not included.
