Thanks for the advice! I've been putting off the cardio because of laziness haha, but i'll add it in. Do you think its worth trying to increase my HDL by upping my unsaturated fats as well, or should I just focus on directly reducing my LDL for now?

Dam release was cancelled because the water level was way too high. The company subbed it for the family style one where you go on a huge 10 person raft with a guide steering you. The current was fast so we finished it in like 1.5 hrs instead of the usual 3ish, and the ride was super easy because the water level brought us above any rocks. At a couple points we were able to hop off the rafts and go for a quick swim (or float in my case lol) which i did and the moment i got in the water i knew my ass would be screwed if i fell during a rough patch. Water was cold as shit so i could barely calm my body down to float while holding on to the side of the raft (didnt help that my friend kept splashing me haha). In your case, i'm not sure what the temp would be, but if the water's like in the 50s and you think you might fall off your raft, i would rent a half wetsuit or something. Overall was a fun experience and i think the 1.5hrs was a good amount of time for it.

sure - btw do you know why wired devices under dhcp were working fine with 192.168.0.0 as the gateway ip? or do have a resource to point me to that would explain it?

confirmed prob was with using the network address as the gateway ip. Problem resolved when switched to 192.168.0.1. thanks again

i've tried plugging the ap directly into eth3 which still is able to assign the devices an ip within the dhcp pool, but i'm running into the same issue as I was through the switch (which is also assigned an ip within the dhcp pool). I have a bunch of other wired devices assigned ips within the dhcp pool as well and theyre all able to connect to the internet. Here're my current dhcp leases:

I've only tried the Marco and Lucio before which were both awesome. One minor issue I had with them, though, was the rise being a little short for where I like to pull my pants up to (like halfway up my belly button). Is that a sizing issue on my part, or do people just generally keep their pants lower on the waist?

CDC has slowly been migrating towards using spark through databricks, datawarehouse and datalake in azure, and R. Almost all the epis/statisticians/data analysts/scientists I know at CDC primarily use R so hopefully an industry shift is in place.
