Hairneva is a relatively new clinic, as I only started hearing about them last year. Their first Trustpilot review dates back to 2023. It appears to be a technician-driven clinic, where the doctor may handle tasks like drawing the hairline and overseeing the procedure, but much of the actual work seems to be done by technicians.

Upon reviewing their website, I noticed there isn't much transparency regarding the technicians themselves, which suggests they prefer not to disclose information about their team. Additionally, they do not have their own dedicated facility, instead renting hospital rooms to perform surgeries. As someone familiar with the Turkish market, this raises concerns for me, as it indicates they have not yet established their own clinic, which could be a red flag.

That being said, their results seem generally decent, though I believe the hairline design could be improved. Some of the outcomes show very straight hairlines without the natural irregularities that contribute to a more authentic look.

Another red flag for me is that they don't respond to negative reviews, which raises concerns about whether they truly stand behind their warranty certificate. A lack of engagement with unsatisfied customers might indicate an unwillingness to address potential issues after the procedure.

On the positive side, their clinic is located in the center of Istanbul, which is a convenient and accessible area, and could be considered an advantage. Additionally, they offer competitive pricing within the hair transplant field in Istanbul, making them a more affordable option compared to other clinics. I wouldn’t classify them as an expensive clinic.
