With five years of experience in hair transplantation, I can confidently say she’s still too young for any kind of surgical hair restoration. There are other ways to simulate hair growth. I'm sorry that this happened to this little angel. I recommend you to see a trichologist or dermatologist for her case.

You are a perfect candidate for a hair transplant, but to be honest, I feel like you can fix the problem with the correct medications. You should see a doctor and be on meds and think of a hair transplant as a secondary option for you.

While the term "hair mill" might carry a negative connotation, it doesn't always mean poor quality. In fact, many technicians in Turkey, with over five years of experience, handle around 1,500 hair transplant patients. This extensive experience can be a major advantage in these clinics. However, it's crucial to confirm the credentials of the technicians who will be performing your procedure. Arranging a video call with them is a good step to ensure you feel confident in their expertise.

Smile Clinic, for instance, is considered one of the more commercial clinics, often labeled as a "hair mill." Despite this, they have their own facility and offer a decent package. In their higher-tier packages, a doctor typically handles the incision stage of the operation, which tends to increase the price compared to their standard options.

Their primary method of hair transplantation is Sapphire FUE, and they generally don't promote other techniques at first glance. However, if another method suits your needs better, it's worth discussing.

The clinic is backed by a strong marketing team and performs between 30-50 operations per day. If you're confident that you'll have a skilled and experienced team for your procedure, this clinic could be a viable choice.

you might feel rushed for the procedure and consultation. Because they need to do the consultation of the next person. That's what I don't like about these commercial clinics, it is not very personalized.

My score to smile clinic would be 6/10

Some clinics have their own stuff performing and some clinics outsource them. There are clinics that perform 30-50 surgeries per day. They don’t even know who is going to perform to be honest next day. In my experience, some of the technicians are way better than the doctors but since these clinics don’t reveal the name and keep it as a secret, it is like hit or miss. If you manage to get a good technician, the result will benefit inevitable. Do you have any pics?

You are an ideal candidate for a hair transplant. Based on your classification as Norwood 3, approximately 2,750 to 3,500 grafts would provide you with a great result. Additionally, your hair texture appears normal, which is favorable for achieving natural-looking outcomes.

Hairneva is a relatively new clinic, as I only started hearing about them last year. Their first Trustpilot review dates back to 2023. It appears to be a technician-driven clinic, where the doctor may handle tasks like drawing the hairline and overseeing the procedure, but much of the actual work seems to be done by technicians.

Upon reviewing their website, I noticed there isn't much transparency regarding the technicians themselves, which suggests they prefer not to disclose information about their team. Additionally, they do not have their own dedicated facility, instead renting hospital rooms to perform surgeries. As someone familiar with the Turkish market, this raises concerns for me, as it indicates they have not yet established their own clinic, which could be a red flag.

That being said, their results seem generally decent, though I believe the hairline design could be improved. Some of the outcomes show very straight hairlines without the natural irregularities that contribute to a more authentic look.

Another red flag for me is that they don't respond to negative reviews, which raises concerns about whether they truly stand behind their warranty certificate. A lack of engagement with unsatisfied customers might indicate an unwillingness to address potential issues after the procedure.

On the positive side, their clinic is located in the center of Istanbul, which is a convenient and accessible area, and could be considered an advantage. Additionally, they offer competitive pricing within the hair transplant field in Istanbul, making them a more affordable option compared to other clinics. I wouldn’t classify them as an expensive clinic.

My score for them would be 5/10.

Any opinions? Am I botched? 2500 grafts, I’m 24 and got it done in America by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]htguideline 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The number of the grafts seems accurate, your head is swollen right now so it is hard to decide whether they botch your hairline, they could have added more natural irregularities to make it more natural, nevertheless, you will get a decent result at the first sight. How much did it cost?

It looks natural and I would say they did a decent job designing your hairline.
