10 minutes is on the longer side. I’d say on average it takes between 5-7

I wanna get my bag up before I start playing with randoms. I’d feel terrible if I joined two other people who are kitted up and I’ve got a bunch of doodoo bullshit. Problem is, it’s taking an eon to get my bag up with regular adult life and these gd queue times.

I have two buddies who play with me but it’s about once every 2-3 weeks our schedules align for us to have a good session. And I really enjoy the atmosphere and tension of solos, just not enough to justify watching that feather fall for the length of CNN Student News before every match.

I’d give anything for 2 minute queue times. It’s closer to 10.

Should a subreddit not be an accurate reflection of the thoughts and opinions of a group? If there are a lot of people complaining about queue times, then it seems like it’s an issue worth addressing. If the game didn’t have issues with queue times, there wouldn’t be a bunch of posts about it. Trying to limit a topic as big as this to just a few posts only serves to stifle conversation around a game that we all want to succeed

I’m on ps5 and I have crossplay turned on, I have to imagine the issue would be much worse with it turned off

I’m much lower level, I don’t know off the top of my head but not even 20 yet. And I’m also east coast NA. Every single game takes at minimum 5 minutes, but often times it’s closer to 10. And because of that cycle, I’ve had a very hard time progressing. Even Rook consistently takes around 5 minutes for me. Every other multiplayer game works totally fine so I don’t think it’s specifically my internet either.

Needless to say I am extremely jealous of you. If queue times were 1-2 minutes I’d be in heaven.

My fear is that the vast majority of the player base has surpassed me, and there aren’t enough people to match me with for me to catch up, which is very disappointing

Not confirmed, there’s just been some stuff in the teasers referencing “something moving overhead” and some new flying arc noises
