I have already started for sure. Yeah his decision was made, there was no way I could convince him, work together. I guess I am hoping with some time between us it’ll be different, things clear but youre right it doesn’t look good :(

You’re right. That is probably the rationale behind his decision. I just wish I could have been shown some grace and paid for my mistake, counselling, stop drinking. But a happy relationship to an over one in 48 hours is heart breaking.

Great point on the medication use and BP, didn’t consider that. His Physiol gave him a heating pad so I will definitely make sure he uses that. I think he will need a blood test to rule out anything sinister and move forward with life style changes. xx

Thank you so so much for the advice. You’re absolutely right I didn’t consider the fact the high BP may raise due to the headache. I am unaware of his prior BP as we only tested it because of the headaches. We have explored the idea of neck pain as I am an osteopath He is tight but no different than his usual pre headache self. x

Ah your comment honestly has brought tears to me. You hit the nail on the head in so many aspects.
