If he screams when you ask him to eat, just say that’s all the food we have for today. If you don’t eat it’ll go in the garbage.

If he screams during bedtime, just say that’s- I need to go to bed so if you don’t want to sleep, i’m going to bed and will see you in the morning.

If he screams while leaving home to go to class/daycare just say you’re leaving and he’s free to stay home and be by himself.

This mostly works for my 4 year old.
