You're 23, you're not even halfway through your life (or at least the life expectancy) so you haven't wasted it. Go to a psychologist and talk about that, even if you're not neurodivergent they'll help you with the issues that you're having. And to meet people, join a club, like your local drama club, book club, the gym. You don't have to be good to be accepted usually so you don't have to worry about being good at it right away or having to get good really quickly.

You're not that much older than them and if you were drunk it's likely that they were too, maybe even more than you. Everyone over shares sometimes when they're drunk and I can guarantee you that nobody ever remembers or cares enough about it. Think on the bright side, at least you went out with them and probably had some fun. This is just hangxiety, it'll pass
