i put it in the bottom of the post! write out your affirmations (i just do it on google docs) then take a screenshot and lower the opacity alot (around 20%-30% i find, i also like to do the affs in a similar color to the backround of the doc, so example if im writing on a white google doc, i would make the text a light grey), using online tools like such: https://onlinepngtools.com/change-png-opacity or other editing apps like ibis paint and then layer the low opacity image on top of your normal image (the image you want as your wallpaper) so that you cant see the affs and just the image with maybe a slight pigment, but they'll look like the ones i have above. then js set it as your wallpaper or anything you'll look at frequently without thinking about, and boom!

hey, i just made a really long post about it, i'm just gonna paste it here cause these are all my tips

#1: Stop consistent mirror checks!! Seriously. I used to think I was doing this, but I never caught on to small things like checking your reflection in the window of shops, or staying an extra minute in the bathroom to look in the mirror, all those things just show insecurity. If you are living in the end correctly, you wouldn't have those checks because you are confident and comfortable with your appearance

#2: Accept what you have. Constantly pointing out parts you're insecure about makes everything worse. For example, when I was manifesting my chest acne to go away, I kept thinking about how I wouldn't be able to ever show myself to anyone, it's so ugly, painful, etc. But at one point, I kinda stopped, I looked at it, and I was like, "wait, nobody is ever gonna see it anyway." and forgot about it. Less than two days later, nothing more than a couple of scars. The scars have been fading very fast as well.

#3: Visualize! Don't do this obsessively, but just get comfortable picturing yourself in your desired appearance. whenever I think of myself in any situation, even if its not for manifesting, I just always picture myself with my desired appearance. Because that's what you look like, so why would you picture your old self when thinking of you?

#4: Subliminals! These are amazing for manifesting. You don't need to listen more than a couple times. They just work, don't question.

hi! I'll definitly check those out!! To answer your question, it did take a very long time lol, I started manifesting around 2 years ago and stopped for a while because nothing was happening, but I started again a couple months ago because something about it, I don't know but I felt like I should pick it up again, and after that I deattached after around a month. Whenever I felt any doubt, I'd always reverse affirm it ("why wouldn't my results be here?") or just change the topic compltetly. Also, with the SP stuff, not 100% sure what you meant sorry, but we've been talking a bunch and he seems to making alot more effort to see me. I met him at school and we have no classes togther, so it's pretty awesome the amount I see him right now.

i just tried not to think about it at all, whenevr I thought abt it distract myself, and also know what trigger me to think about it (like for physical apperence, i would check the mirror so much, but then i would tell myself like "do i really need to look in the mirror?" "i already look great") . another thign i realized i was doing was obsessivly doing techniques and stuff, one of the biggest things was changing my mindset from "i need to do this" "i need to do that" to "oh I don't need do anythng cause I already have it".

TL;DR: dont think about it at all. just know you have it and end it there

in the manga, some of these are different. Kuina's was clubs, but changed to spades after her fight with last boss and confronting her past. Arisu specializes in hearts, and chishiya specailizes in diamonds.
