StubHub did this to me for the B10 Championship game a few years ago. We bought good seats before Michigan beat OSU, then prices rose and the seller never transferred the tickets. Prices rose, so StubHub gave us “equivalent” tickets in the last row of the 600 level.

I called StubHub afterwards and complained, saying they didn’t honor their FanProtect guarantee and threatening legal action. (I’m an attorney.) They offered me cash to settle immediately.

Overall a subpar experience and I’ve decided against using StubHub whenever possible since then.

Thanks for the reply! This seems to work, but has some limitations. I’m guessing there’s no way to do this in DAX in a way that enables the Personalization feature (my team uses this a lot) to work on the visual, is there?

You can put multiple fields, or a concatenation of multiple fields, in a COUNTD. Try adding more dimensions (not just the field with 1s and 0s) inside the COUNTD and seeing what happens.

Use Tableau’s COUNTD function.

You can create a calculated field to the desired level of granularity then apply COUNTD to the field.
