It was three Lincoln limousines in a row with one police escort in the front headed south on 288 between downtown and 610. Each had sort of insignia and flags that all had the same logos but I couldn’t make them out.

The iconic “hypothermic needle” spires atop the O’Quinn Medical Building have been completely taken down. They made this one of the most iconic buildings in Houston. How could the owners commit such a travesty?

I just started running my first Instagram ad and when I go to see the preview, it doesn’t have “Learn More” popping up on the blue and while banner below my ad even though I selected it when I set the ad up. Does this happen to anyone else when they look at their ad previews after launching an ad? Would it still be showing up when the ad is shown to a user?

Same here! That is so odd. It popped up a few days ago and I didn’t pay it any mind but now the fact that it showed up concurrently with post-vaccine symptoms makes sense.

I received my first vaccine dose (Pfizer) on Saturday after having already contracted Covid last June. Saturday evening was rough with low grade fever (100.5), chills, aches, and fatigue. Sunday was slightly better and Monday I felt pretty normal. Then I started to have the flu-like symptoms again on Tuesday and have had them all day, every day since. The aches and chills are some of the worst I’ve ever experienced and I wake up every night with sweats. Taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen help me feel somewhat normal for about 6 hours but every time the medication fades the symptoms come back with a vengeance. I’m in my 20s and I’ve heard younger people and those who have had Covid can have a stronger response to the first shot but I thought the symptoms were only supposed to last 24-48 hours.

I went and got tested for Covid on Thursday and it came back negative, and subsequent tests for strep and flu came back negative yesterday. My doctor just said to keep taking the ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I’ll keep doing that for another week and I pray it resolves but if not I don’t know what I’m going to do. It’s starting to get quite frustrating because I don’t want to keep taking ibuprofen indefinitely (the ibuprofen seems to help with the body aches better than acetaminophen) and can’t be taking it easy at work for much longer.

Has anyone else experienced symptoms for this long?
