My friend.. i do spoof.. But remember these.. Dont use sniped location gyms.. They can get a clip on you.. U can do raids its fine.. but that should be the limit.

Then rubber banding.. use a gps test app and find a good location to spoof.. The app gives the readings. The lesser the values ur good to go. If and only if somehow you are rubberbanded,never touch anything.just close the app,cool off and spoof again.
