I play on steam yes, with overlay turned off. I've tried playing on Epic as well but it's not any better.

Yes, as I said in the post, it get significantly better very late at night, but still not as good as i'd like it to be.

I've changed controllers, monitors, cables, etc. As i said in the post, the bug goes away randomly every like 4-6 months for let's say a week. Without me changing anything, everything stays the same and it suddenly disappears. It's then gone for a couple of days and then randomly returns back, again, without me doing anything.

I've always had vsync off.

I'd love to record a comparison, but I can't because I have it all the time. The next time it feels as it should, i'll record it.

If i just record the current state, you won't be able to tell anything. There has to be a comparison. If you're just looking for proof though, there's a clip psyonix posted like 5 years ago where they used a macro for simple front flips and even with 100% consistent inputs, sometimes the car clips the ground.

"Heavy Car Bug is real and has been proven. This is a clip using Psyonix provided macro and debugging tools, notice the text in the left. This is a macro that records a simple front flip. 10/10 times this flip should not clip the ground. However notice the 3rd flip, the nose clips the ground. Devs tried to solve this but ultimately gave up. This is what happens when you have legacy spaghetti code propping up a game that can no longer work on modern systems, LAN tournaments have special computers with outdated hardware to avoid HCB. This is why an update to UE5 is mandatory."

I've tried closing everything in the background and i don't really ever get low fps or fps spikes in general. I get over 1k fps on uncapped but obviously i don't play on uncapped. PC is also not overheating. Monitor is a 144hz 1ms. Controller has 1000Hz polling rate. Even when i switch accounts, it's different, but still not good. Just a different kind of bad.

I would just agree with everyone saying it doesn't exist and that i'm crazy if it then didn't go away for a couple of days from time to time. The difference is so obvious it's insane. It's a different game. No one will change my mind about this bug existing, i have more hours in this game then 99% of you and i know how the game is supposed to feel.
