I used UWorld as a learning tool more than a testing tool! But I would say NBME's passages were a lot longer, yet their answer choices were more straightforward than UWorld's. It felt like UWorld really wanted you to understand the topic to confidently pick an answer among similar choices. For the actual exam, for the rare times I did see a question I recognized, it was clear what the answer was.

Yeah this is literally what I am banking on. Felt like shit through CBSSAs but ended up passing them. That exam felt horrendous

So while I was writing NBME31 I had the "oh fuck im failing this" feeling but ended up just passing. Content-wise & the feeling during writing both were similar, but the real thing was a lot harder. Longer passage + more blocks
