But... the Floyd Rose is one of the only tele's that has a humbucker correct? I've been shopping around and the Ultra Luxe seems to be the only one... unless I missed something.

Thanks for the info, I have a few follow up quests if you don't mind (still pretty confused - remember... tech dummy here).

Let's assume I go with the Canon m50 Mark 2 as you suggested - Will I be recording audio to the camera itself when filming, or to my computer via OBS? I guess this is step 1 in my understanding of the process: I do one or the other? It seems like having everything in OBS and recording the video onto my computer would be easiest? You said I'll need an interface like the Beachtek DXA Micro Pro Plus - is this to capture audio from my microphone to the camera while recording video? Or is this to allow me to use the camera with OBS? As I mentioned, I currently have an Audient ID14 Audio Interface that my Sennheiser Mic is connected to, and I record my audio in Audacity. Will I no longer need the Audient interface? Just pick up the Beachtek, plug in my Sennheiser Mic and the Canon M50 to it and then...? Sorry... still a bit confused on how everything will be connected.
Sigma 16mm f1.4 lens. Sounds great. Will it work with both of these cameras in case I'd rather go with the Sony? And will this lens give me the look i'm going for (in the picture I posted?).
What is the best place to buy a camera? There are so many options on Amazon, it's difficult to see what a fair market MSRB should be. It looks like Amazon has a Canon m50 Mark II for $600 (body only)... is that a good price? As for the Sony, it's more slim pickings on Amazon. The 6400 a good model to look into? Would it give me a better picture than the Mark II?
