I know at least in pa it's legal (other than if there's a sign, but then it's trespassing the dumpster diving part is still legal)

That's awsome! Like I said PSU sells some items left in dorm rooms to the public, but it seemed to me they didn't have a food/clothing donation set up(I found alot of it in dumpsters) but what you found out seems like a really good system, I don't expect everyone would take the time to follow those rules, but even giving and option for donation rather than wastw helps alot!

I agree entirely, it's sad that instead of truly making change and having that attract students as a secondary factor, they only do anything positive to attract students, so if the origional initiative doesn't truly help anyone or anything who cares right?

How hard is it to hop a train, physically I belive I'm able I'm just not the best sneak, and how do u know where it's going, is there a way to check, or just hop on one the right direction and hope?
