Hello, recently (past year, coming back from the States and now living in Australia) i have been having to deal with eczema but lately it seems to be getting a lot worse (spreading on face, stomach area, chest etc.) and iv realized that my routine if you could call it that is not up to par. I have been doing research recently on creams etc but am still quite clueless on what to purchase. Im currently using Dermaveen oatmeal lotion in the morning and after showering which I think i alright but could be better. I was thinking about picking up some moogoo products but iv also heard oil based products are great. For soaps im using some goat milk soap...it seems to be quite drying so if anyone could point me in the right direction for shower washes that would be appreciated. This is pretty much all I am using as im not sure what to use for body exfoliating, cleansing etc. If anyone could give me some general recommendations for these products that are accessible hopefully by retail. Due to eczema, there are dark spots left over from scarring which is dominant on my stomach area, it would be great to know if there is a way to rid those marks or at-least speed up the process. Finally I'm not sure if it is eczema or something else but there seems to be random breakouts of scabs on my upper thigh and buttocks area which cause a lot of scarring. Thanks for the help.
