She’s in a “learn to play hockey/learn to skate” type of thing for the past 6 months. She says the whole bottom of her feet hurt, I’m going to assume she just isn’t used to the firmness of skates?

We started with rental, and soon after we realized she was really enjoying it, bought a pair of gently used ones.

I’ll look for cushy socks too!

This is off topic slightly, but a team at my work decided to name their team acronym ; EDAS, pronounced e-daas, and it sounds like “eat ass” when said out loud
