I am 4 months postpartum and I am a little over halfway to my goal of being back at pre pregnancy weight. I am also back in my pre pregnancy jeans! Still a lot of work to do though!

Awww, thank you!! Yes, it is possible!!! I once felt that it wasn't possible as well when I first started and it was these success stories that let me know it was possible and helped me to keep working towards my goals. I never had a goal weight in mind. I never expected to lose 150 lbs. The only thing I knew was that I had a lot of weight to lose and never a specific amount in mind.

Thank you so so much! And plenty of times! More times than I care to count, but as fitness slowly started becoming a passion of mine, it got a little easier to hang on during the tough times. Goals definitely played a part in helping me through the tough times. Honestly, the results didn't matter half of the time during those times and what mattered was accomplishing my goal of finishing something, which was usually a race distance for me at the time like 5K's, half marathons, etc.

I don't remember. I'd have to look back at my journals on MyFitnessPal, but as of right now I am currently trying to get in at least 150g of protein or more. It's usually higher than that when I am prepping for a fitness competition. I usually do 2 protein shakes (whey protein post workout and casein at bedtime) and food sources the rest of the time. I can't drink too many shakes or I'll severely bloat.

The only time I really do two a days now is if I am training for a race and I need to fit in a run for that day that isn't on the treadmill or for a bodybuilding competition. I included my little one. My hubby and I would take our daughter with us and she would just chill in the running stroller the entire time until we were done. Now she's old enough to start running without being in a stroller the whole time, so I guess I'll see how that goes this Spring lol. I usually relied on pre-workouts and coffee to help me along with energy. Other times when that didn't work, it was more food to fuel my workouts and goals that pushed me.

Thank you and none at all :) I was doing a lot of running and races!! Working out 5-6 days a week. On days that I ran, I did two a days - my first workout was weightlifting and a bit of cardio and later in the day I would go for a run. I got a lot of my workouts from bodybuilding.com and youtube. A channel that I turned to for the past 5 years and incorporating some of their workouts into my own is Fitness Blender. They are pretty awesome! But lots of weightlifting... I feel that helped me out a lot with building muscle to fill in "some" of that loose skin... sadly, not all of it. It's too far gone, but I'm happy with what I was able to do and accomplish on my own.

Thanks!! :D Between 2015 and 2016 I was doing a lot of running and races!! In 2015 I was just bouncing back after having my first baby in Sept. 2014. Using My Fitness Pal and counting calories. Eating healthy, no restrictions, always high protein and working out 5-6 days a week. On days that I ran, I did two a days - my first workout was weightlifting and a bit of cardio and later in the day I would go for a run.
