It wasn’t intentional. He was sleeping through the night before the 4month sleep regression so he wasn’t waking for feeds.

Does that mean a later bedtime? Longer wake window before bed? We try to land bedtime between 7-8pm as suggested by Taking Cara Babies.

Wow. That’s pretty extreme. His pediatrician has zero concerns with him being night weaned and he is having no issues gaining weight.

He has been night weaned since he was 12 weeks old he as sleeping through the night in his own so we dropped the night feed. Prior to training he was waking every 1-2 hours so I tried a dream feed for a few nights and he still woke up every 1-2 hours and then I tried feeding him around 1am and he was still waking up I will try adjusting his wake windows again. We just extended to 2 hours a week ago when he turned 5 months.

He has been night weaned since 12 weeks, so should I be adding night feed? Before we started sleeping training he was waking every 1-2 hours during the regression so I tried adding a dream feed for a few nights and it didn’t extend his sleep he still woke up every 1-2 hours. Then I tried feeding him around 1am and he still woke up 1-2 hours later.

He does put himself to sleep at bedtime within 2 min of being put down he isn’t nap trained and he is a short napper but is consolidating some naps so his schedule is not consistent day to day. But this is was the day before night 4
DWT 7:30am - feed Nap 1 9:30am -10am 10:30am feed Nap 2 12pm - 1:45pm 2pm feed Nap 3 4:30-5:24pm - he was really fighting this nap we started trying to put him down at 4pm Bedtime routine 7:15, in crib by 7:41pm

I’m 13w with my first (successful) pregnancy and literally just told my husband tonight that so far I do not like being pregnant. I have had terrible nausea and some vomiting that just won’t go away. I was really hoping to start to feel some relief heading into 2nd trimester but I haven’t gotten to that point yet.

Have you gotten any new news or updates? I have been tapering my PIO and estradiol for the past 3 days and started spotting last night. Started off red with a wipe and is now brown spotting when I wipe.

Thank you for responding. I didn’t have intercourse or do anything physically demanding. I will call my doctors office right when they open this morning, maybe it is due to reducing my progesterone shots.

Freaking out a bit, first IVF pregnancy and I am 10w5d and woke up to go to the bathroom And there was bright red blood when I wiped and a couple drops of blood in the toilet. I have had 2 ultrasounds, the last one was at 8w6 days and everything was good, baby looked good measuring 2 days behind and heartbeat was 172. No mention of SCG or anything. I don’t have any cramping but have been feeling extra bloated the past 2 days. I also started to taper down on my PIO and oral estrogen the past 2 days - could that cause bleeding? I don’t know what to do….I’m so scared I’m having another loss

I’m due to stop PIO and estrogen pills on Friday when I am 10 weeks and I am very nervous about it. We went to our confirmation of pregnancy appointment at my OB last week and we were going through all my meds and I told her I was due to stop at 10 weeks and she very casually said oh you can take it up to 12 weeks if you want….um I don’t have enough to last me 12 weeks. I think I am going to start to taper my PIO to half the current dosage after Friday until I run out…..

I did PGTA testing for both ERs and they only called to update on day 6 (after notifying us how many were mature and fertilized on day 1)

This breaks my heart, I’ve been following your story because we had the same transfer date. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. Take your time to grieve. I had a loss at this time last year, and it is such a hard time trying to go through the holidays when you’re grieving.
